At the outset, the company will consist of three "competence pockets". These pockets or units are grouped round a skills area or discipline that fits into the context of Crossroad Consulting (see above). Within each discipline, we work towards a clear-cut positioning within a particular ICT work area and its business-related relevance. The pockets are able to operate autonomously, but they also complement one another, and together they form the total image that Crossroad Consulting shows to the outside world. However, it is about much more than just image building: through the positioning of Crossroad Consulting as a company, we are convinced that the 3 areas of competence form a powerful and "beautiful" unit of disciplines that are needed to meet the ICT and business challenges of tomorrow and, that as a whole, they fit in with the ambition of Crossroad Consulting to stand literally "at the crossroads" between the structuring and searching sides of the company.
